* fix(auth): keep a newer stored session and guard user updates by user id

A user update merged the returned user into whatever session was current,
so an update for user A that finished after user B signed in stored B's
tokens with A's user. The merge now runs only while the held user has the
same id; otherwise the commit changes nothing.

Loading a session that a newer SDK wrote threw a DecodingError, and the
store removed the stored data. After a downgrade, or with an app and an
extension on different SDK versions, that signed the user out on both.
The codec now throws a distinct error for a newer schema, and the store
keeps the data and starts signed out in memory only.

* fix(auth): keep a newer stored session after a rejected refresh

A rejected refresh reads storage to adopt a session that another store
saved. It treated a newer schema as no session and removed it. It now
signs out in memory only and keeps the stored data.
