Define the container contents views once, not per access

Overlay.contents, Frame.contents and ListBox.contents defined a new class on every access.
Its methods held the container, so each container lived until a cycle collection,
and on free-threaded CPython 3.13, which makes every class immortal once a thread has started, forever.

- The views are module-level classes holding their container in a slot.
- Their behaviour and repr text are unchanged.
- The OverlayStack leak test no longer expects to fail on free-threaded 3.13.
