feat(typegen): generate client.rpc methods that call the typed rpc (#1731)

* feat(postgrest): add the client.rpc namespace for generated function methods

* feat(typegen): generate typed function calls from rpcFunctions

* fix(typegen): keep a renamed self parameter clear of the other parameters

* feat(postgrest): let generated methods call through _PostgrestFunctions.call(_:)

The generated file then needs no @_spi(Experimental) import, and the namespace's client
stays internal.

* feat(typegen): emit @Function structs and client.rpc methods that call the typed rpc

Each callable overload becomes a @Function arguments struct and a method in an
extension of _PostgrestFunctions. The method goes through the typed rpc(_:), so readOnly(),
where and order apply. A function that returns one row gets no method yet, with a note.

* test(postgrest): record the readOnly issue with a reporter so Linux sees it

withKnownIssue does not see IssueReporting reports on Linux, where the Swift Testing
integration is not linked.

* refactor(typegen): share the schema prefix and the nil default, and zip the arguments names
