* test(realtime): restore live error tests and remove real sleeps from RealtimeTests

Add live Realtime tests for a refused Postgres changes binding, an expired
token on join, a token that expires while joined, and a `realtime.send`
trigger broadcast. A new migration adds the trigger in its own schema.

Remove all 16 real `Task.sleep` calls from `Tests/RealtimeTests` and forbid
them in `check-no-yield-loops.sh`. Run the five `requiresMainSerialExecutor`
tests without the executor swap and delete the trait.

* test(realtime): wait for the handshake timeout test without blocking on the connect
