* chore(examples): rewrite the Realtime example views and fix the presence example

Move the Realtime example views to the v3 API with the .task(id:) pattern, so no view uses onDisappear or a stored token. PresenceView shows the full presence state, so leaves count, and tracks again on resubscribe. TodoRealtimeView uses the typed postgresChanges(for:) stream. AppLifecycleView shows retryIn and the heartbeat latency. Add LiveQueryView and ResubscribeView.

* chore(examples): fix the spell check on the Realtime example views

Rename the ResubscribeView refetch log to reloads and add the SF Symbol name circlepath to the dictionary.

* chore(examples): write the Todo relation by hand so the Examples build on Xcode 26

The types that @Table generates take the Examples target's main-actor default isolation, which fails to build on Xcode 26.4. Conform Todo to _PostgrestKeyedRelation in a nonisolated extension instead, and drop the PostgrestMacros link from the project.
