feat(logs): take log adapters from the host instead of importing dalgo2logs (#152)

- 77cc6f83c95c feat(logs): take log adapters from the host instead of importing dalgo2logs
  The backend no longer imports github.com/dal-go/dalgo2logs or its
  cloudlogging package. Hosts compose the log engine and inject
  engine-neutral DALgo ports:
  - facade4datatug: OriginalLogSource, OriginalLogDB (dal.DB + io.Closer),
  OriginalLogOpener and DetectiveService.ConfigureShippingOriginalLogs.
  The pinned source and limits (8 MiB file, 16 KiB line, 20000 entries,
  1 result, occurred_at timestamp) stay in the backend. With no opener,
  an original-evidence open fails with ErrShippingOriginalLogUnconfigured
  (wraps ErrDetectiveUnavailable) instead of reporting "unavailable".
  - googlecloudlogs4datatug: LogView, LogViewConfig and LogViewAdapter
  {Open, Classify}. NewReader(vault, oauth, adapter) refuses a missing
  Open or Classify. Classify maps the engine's own sentinels to
  personal.ErrInvalid / personal.ErrThrottled wherever they surface.
  Backend tests use a hand-written fake (testsupport4datatug/fakeoriginallog)
  and adapter doubles; tests of the real dalgo2logs adapter moved to the
  host (datatug/datatug-cloud). dalgo2logs is gone from go.mod.
  API change: NewReader takes a third argument, and DetectiveService needs
  ConfigureShippingOriginalLogs to open original evidence. datatug-cloud
  must bump to this version in the same round.
- 78423253d0f5 Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/main' into backend-no-dalgo2logs
- 1005d26af37f test(architecture): retire the dalgo2logs adapter-import debt
  The backend no longer imports dal-go/dalgo2logs; delete its five
  adapterImportDebt entries.
