* Keep the reinforcement mode in catch_convergence_reinforce_grid

The kwargs for the power flow analysis were the kwargs of the reinforcement,
so setting the analysis mode to None for mode "lv" made the following
reinforcements run in all voltage levels.

* Update the reinforcement tests to the kept mode

test_enhanced_reinforce_grid relied on the mode change, too: without
the MV line and the HV/MV transformer added with the LV worst cases
there are 451 cost entries and 816 equipment changes. In the run with
separate LV grids the last reinforcement now runs separately for the
converging and the non-converging time steps, so v_res holds one time
step.

Test the analysis mode with an LV grid ID as well, and name the
affected functions in the changelog.
