Watch the Terminal pty on the running loop

A Terminal built without main_loop= watched its pty on a private
SelectEventLoop that nothing ran, so it showed no child output.

- Without main_loop= the pty is watched on the started MainLoop the
  terminal is rendered under; the watch moves at the first render
  under another loop, another start of the same loop, or no loop.
- While no loop runs, each render reads what the pty has ready.
- The pty master stays blocking: keypress() and the responses write
  with os.write() and do not handle a short write.
- main_loop= is annotated as any object with watch_file() and
  remove_watch_file(), since a MainLoop is passed there as well.
- examples/terminal.py relies on the default instead of a shared loop.
