Fix Jinja-incompatible `{{` in Crashlytics React docs and add a docgen check (#10573)

When the generated docs were imported into google3, devsite's Jinja
templating interpreted the `crashlyticsOptions={{...}}` JSX snippet in the
`FirebaseCrashlytics` React example as a template expression.

- Change the example to `crashlyticsOptions={ {...} }`.
- Make `docgen devsite` fail before adding GOOGLE3_HEADER if any generated
  doc contains a Jinja opening delimiter (`{{`, `{%`, `{#`), listing each
  offending file:line so the source doc comment can be fixed.
- Regenerate docs (also picks up the updated @firebase/crashlytics package
  description).
