Align Java libraries with the reference implementation (#1344)

* test(java): add offline fixtures and CI

* feat(java): align Gatekeeper client contracts

BREAKING CHANGE: GatekeeperEvent.ordinal now uses List<Long>.
Use long values when constructing ordinals, such as List.of(0L),
so Hyperswarm millisecond timestamps round-trip without overflow.

* fix(java): bound and cancel Gatekeeper requests

Readiness must throw on permanent failures and retry exhaustion.
Bound complete HTTP calls and let shutdown cancel startup waits and
active requests without silently retrying failed writes.

* test(java): tolerate timeout connection recovery

Allow bounded transport recovery after cancelling the stalled probe.
Retain the two server-request assertion and the separate exact retry
exhaustion test. Runtime behaviour is unchanged.

* fix(java): retain readiness exhaustion causes

Keep the final transient probe failure in the exhaustion exception so
operators can distinguish HTTP, connection and timeout failures.
The current summary hides the cause of the hosted CI failure.

* ci(java): run tests once per push

* fix(java): preserve safe connection fallback

Retry alternate routes before transmission without replaying requests
whose outcome is unknown. Inspect suppressed route errors so TLS
failures stay permanent.

* test(java): isolate single-route TLS failures

* fix(java)!: preserve and validate wallet data

Keep extension metadata at its original JSON locations and validate wallet
payloads before primitive coercion or persistence. Preserve cached keys
when a replacement is rejected.

BREAKING CHANGE: remove the unsupported whole-wallet AES wrapper and
WalletEncFile outer salt, iv and data fields. Supported v0/v1 wallets and
seed.mnemonicEnc encryption are unchanged.

* fix(java): serialize and persist wallets safely

Use one wallet lock and publish validated wallet/key caches only after
successful persistence. Reject stale nested mutations and propagate
