* fix(tile-manager): fit tiles to the responsive columns and simplify the pointer directives

- Count the auto-fit columns from a hidden track probe (`--_fit-columns`), so a
  wide tile or a late start no longer adds 0px columns. A start after the last
  column moves back so its span fits. The count no longer alternates with the
  page scrollbar, and it updates at once on a `columnCount`, `gap` or
  `minColumnWidth` change.
- Truncate a fractional `columnCount`. A nested manager no longer inherits
  `--column-count` or `--grid-gap`.
- Resize: snap with per-axis and percentage gaps, keep a moved-back tile in
  place, and no longer cancel `pointerdown` on the handles.
- Drag: read the layout direction from the CSS `direction`. The ghost copy no
  longer joins radio groups or forms, loads frames or plays media.
- Drag and resize directives: ghost-only, on a shared base that owns the
  trigger listeners, the operation life cycle, the native input guards and the
  counted style restores. Remove the unused options and the scoped view
  transition helpers.
- Remove the undocumented `--auto-rows` and `--auto-columns`, and type `tiles`
  in the public API.
