Resize the boxes of the dataflow by a handle in their bottom right corner

A script box has a resize handle like the cards of the board. Dragging it changes the width of the box and the
height of its chart on the grid, a box without a chart only changes its width, the arrow keys resize in steps of
16px. The size goes into the @flow tag of the script as width and height, next to the position. Every part of the
tag is optional, x and y come together, so a resized box that the layout placed stays placed by the layout and
Arrange keeps the sizes. The layout of the core takes a chart height per box, the scene reads the height of a chart
from the layout, and the labels of a box are truncated to its width.
