fix(studio): select the full folder name when renaming in Storage (#52594)

## Problem

Renaming a Storage folder such as `photos.backup` selects only `photos`,
leaving `.backup` behind when the user types a replacement name.

Fixes https://github.com/supabase/supabase/issues/52593 

## Solution

Apply extension-aware text selection only to files. Select the entire
name for folders.

Add regression tests for dotted folder names, ordinary folder names, and
files with extensions.
All three tests pass with the fix; the dotted-folder case fails before
it.

## Review instructions


1. Create a folder named `photos.backup` in a test Storage bucket.
2. Select Rename and confirm the entire name is selected.
3. Type `archive` and confirm no `.backup` suffix remains.
4. Rename a file named `photo.png` and confirm only `photo` is selected.
