fix(editor): draw a block again when focus is sent to one CodeMirror has dropped

In a long document the focused block can be out of view and not in the page;
focus went to the placeholder and stayed, so no key (undo, among them) was
heard. Its line is now scrolled into view, and CodeMirror draws the block.
