Tag every note of the agent guide that describes the page with a feature

The notes about what the page does name their feature: connections, edit, vis, table-parameters,
scalar-parameters, attachments, embedded-hyper, manual-scripts. Only the options of the binary hold for every page.
A page that announced no features has the ones of every older page. The page announces all of them.

The guide calls `:name` a table parameter where a table goes and a scalar parameter where a value goes, tells the
agent to read a @manual script from a script that filters or aggregates it, and to keep one statement per script:
a script that other scripts read is a single SELECT, new statements go into new scripts that build on the existing
ones.
