test: verify PostgreSQL read-only transactions through PgBouncer (#535)

Adds the missing transaction-pooler regression to the mandatory PostgreSQL 17/18 native journeys (das-2, N-PG-10/11). A pinned PgBouncer 1.26.1 fixture deliberately loses startup read-only defaults and reuses a backend; the existing guard must establish READ ONLY in each transaction and leave mutation probes unchanged.

The journey also checks pooled session pollution, rollback, observer-confirmed in-flight cancellation followed by read-only recovery, and owned PID/start-time replacement. Containers, builder, image and private credential files have bounded, identity-checked cleanup. Admin endpoint validation happens before role/database provisioning and rejects routing overrides. Credential-bearing fixture SQL is excluded from failure diagnostics.

No production Go, module, export, tier, product flag or production setting changes. This contributes to the native assurance matrix; it does not complete Task 2 or certify a tier. Cancellation recovery is not a backend-latency guarantee, and pinned source/base images are not an apt-level reproducibility claim.

Validation: independent exact-head review aa5f13866 has no remaining findings; named hermetic race tests, vet, lint, six fake-Docker ownership checks, syntax and normal hooks pass. Native image build, non-skipped PostgreSQL 17/18 execution and actual cleanup remain required in this PR's CI. No local Docker/database/port execution was used.
