Add online routing and navigation (proof of concept)

With a "routing" section in the project's field profile, a long press
on the map offers directions to that point. The planning card shows
the start (my location or a point picked on the map) and the
destination, lets the user swap them and choose the mode of transport,
and shows the route on the map with its duration, distance and arrival
time. Routes come from a Valhalla server (the public FOSSGIS server by
default).

Navigation follows the GPS position with the next instruction and the
remaining distance and time, and calculates the route again when the
user leaves it. The cards are at the top of the map, so the map buttons
such as quick capture stay available while navigating.
