test(web): async-gen E1 accepts a grouped pass a first load ends before a later binding's error (D-28, #17) (#4476)

A grouped attribute effect that reads a first load in flight and then a
memo that throws ends its pass on the NotReady: the grouped form shows the
loading fallback where split bindings show the error. Under D-28 ("a throw
ends the pass ... What must not depend on order is the throw") that is by
design, so E1 now accepts exactly that screen: grouped loading vs split
error, a grouped pass ended by a first load, and a later binding of the
same group reading a memo that throws in the split run. Any other grouping
difference, and the settled end state, are still compared.

- run.ts records, per screen, which grouped passes a first load ended
  (with the memos their unread bindings read) and how each memo's last
  computation ended. Reads and their order are unchanged: the recorded
  traces of seeds 3289, 7 and 91501 (1,000 cases, all pairs) are identical.
- The pairs and their comparison move to pairs.ts so a spec can call them.
- e1-d28-grouped-first-load-17.spec.ts replays #17 as minimized from seeds
  3289 and 91501 and checks contrasts that must still be reported.
