fix(crypto): reject unhardened indices in Ed25519 mnemonic paths (#1744)

* fix(crypto): reject unhardened indices in Ed25519 mnemonic paths

SLIP-0010 derives Ed25519 keys only along hardened indices, and the
derivation hardened every index, so a path such as m/44'/4218'/0'/0/0
silently returned the key for m/44'/4218'/0'/0'/0'. The node and the
TypeScript SDK reject such paths.
