fix(airflow): build the daily DAG with Airflow 3

Airflow 3 allows only None as the default of a context key such as ds and
fills it in at run time; the tasks declared ds: str = "{{ ds }}", so
create_daily_dag() raised for every site. A test now builds the DAG of a
site.

Closes #111
