Allow exported item count and error counts to be saved on Export

**RATIIONALE**
We want to be able to display the number of items
actually exported on the Export index page.
We need a place to save this value, because it may differ
from the number of items submitted due to visiblity
filtering and errors encounterd.

Similarly we want to persist the number of errors encountered
during an export so we can show the error count on the
index page.
