xapi-client/tasks: keep updated classes in wait_for_all_inner fold (#7362)

In wait_for_all_inner, the lambda used in the fold drops the classes
from the accumulator and returns the outer classes for records that are
not a task completion. So when a task ends and a new one is created, if
another record (for example a process update) come after it in the same
batchn the new class is lost.

For example with three tasks in flight:
- init: task set [A, B, C], classes [task/A, task/B, task/C]
- A ends and D is created: task set [B, C, D], classes [task/B, task/C,
task/D]
- B is updated: task set [B, C, D], classes [task/A, task/B, task/C]

D is pending but no longer subscribed. If D ends before another task
recomputes classes from the task set, its completion is never seen and
the caller waits forever. We saw this with host.evacuate stuck at
progess 64/65 during a RPU.

This patch fixes it by computing the class from the pending task set
after the fold, so they always in sync.
