feat: add Require and Must assertions that stop the test

Require(t, condition, ...) reports the failure and calls t.FailNow() when
the condition is false, the same helper goutil's x/assert provides; Must is
its alias. The Assertions type gets the matching methods.

Usage:

	assert.Require(t, assert.NoErr(t, err))
