fix(run): an exec in the package's own config beats its package.json script, with a warning

A configured run.<script>.exec lost to the package's own package.json
script silently, even when the package itself wrote it in its own
.rmanrc. Reported from syncbridge's web-ui: its config chained
"npm run type-check && npm run build", package.json said "vite build",
and the type check never ran while --config showed it would.

An exec whose origin is the package's own config file (a .rmanrc* in its
directory, or its manifest's "rman" key) now wins, and a warning names the
script it replaced. An exec inherited from above, a selector block or an
extends base still loses to the package's script, as shared presets rely on.
