Point the docs site at karani.kelynnjeri.com

A subdomain rather than a path under kelynnjeri.com, because the site's
prose links are root-absolute and a Next basePath does not rewrite them
(measured: under basePath '/karani', assets resolved correctly while every
markdown link and both declared icons still pointed at the zone root).
site.config.mjs carries the reasoning; nothing is deployed, and a CNAME
still has to point at wherever this is hosted.

Also drops the ADR count from the README's Documentation section. ADR 0020
landed between writing that sentence and this commit, which is the whole
argument against hardcoding the number — the decisions index itself counts
them at build time.
