Add runtime settings, static color management, and input handling

- Introduced RuntimeSettings.cpp and RuntimeSettings.h for managing runtime configurations including auto brightness, sleep mode, and color settings.
- Implemented StaticColor.cpp and StaticColor.h to handle static color configurations and preferences.
- Added Easing.h for easing functions to be used in animations.
- Created InputState.h to manage button states with debouncing and press handling.
- Developed MotionState.h for motion detection and handling.
- Added PowerPolicy.h to evaluate power actions based on activity and sleep states.
- Implemented TemperatureHistory.cpp and TemperatureHistory.h for managing temperature data history.
