fix(solid): render a resolved lazy() component synchronously on remount (#4135)

Disposing a lazy() instance cleared the shared component cache even after
the module had loaded, so the next mount rendered nothing or the Suspense
fallback. Only release that cache while it still points at the in-flight
resource.
