Release 4.0.5

Prepare version 4.0.5 with two fixes that landed since 4.0.4.

Ruby 4.0 no longer ships logger, so httpi now declares logger as a direct dependency. The Rack adapter now sends Content-Type and Content-Length without the HTTP_ prefix, as the Rack SPEC requires.
