* fix: AstRow: tap selects without toggling on a coarse pointer

A coarse pointer fires `click` on `pointerup`, so a row that both selects and
folds on one handler folds on the first tap and unfolds on the second. The two
effects cancel, and the selection they also caused is not what the user was
aiming at, so tapping a row twice produced no visible change.

`AstRow` now takes `mobile` and binds the fold to the fine case only, threaded
from `AstBlock` through `AstTree` — the same path `useIsMobile` already flows
on for the hint. A touchscreen tap selects; folding is the keyboard's job
(`h`/`l`, space/enter) and the caret's, which is where a phone user looks for
it. Defaults to `false`, so the desktop fold is unchanged.

Both arms are pinned: a coarse tap toggles nothing, and a fine click still
folds — a regression that dropped the toggle outright would pass the first and
break every desktop user.

* feat: Input: line numbers for the commands that take a code body

`createEditor` was called with `lineNumbers: false` and nothing could change
it, so the composer had no line count for any input — including `/source` with
a pasted plugin, which is several lines and whose only feedback was syntax
highlighting. `mode: 'javascript'` was already on, so the highlighting half was
never missing; the line count was.

`wantsLineNumbers` derives it from the typed prefix through the existing
`prefixOf`, over a set of the four commands that take a body — `source`,
`find`, `transform`, `validate`. One line costs a column and says nothing, so
`ast` and `help` keep the composer as it was.

`lineNumbers` is a construction-time option with no setter, so `CodeMirrorBox`
puts it in the effect's deps: a change destroys the view and rebuilds it with
the new gutter. `lastValueRef` carries the text across the rebuild, so the
second effect does not push it in again and the caret is not lost mid-line.
