JasminaPiricfix: correctly compose storage path prefix In presigned host configuration the scheme was not correctly computed. `URI.scheme` returns the schema without `://` and ExAws builds the url joining the strings `#{config[:scheme]}#{config[:host]}#{port}/#{bucket}#{object}`.
