chore: Test the browser builds in Chromium, Firefox and WebKit (#583)

* chore: Run the website browser scripts on Playwright's pinned Chromium

Move Playwright to the root devDependencies as @playwright/test 1.64.1, so
the browser tests of the packages can share it. The screenshots and
social-card scripts install and launch the Chromium of that version instead
of the local Chrome, and the social card is regenerated with it.

Add the private Nx project test/browser-e2e. Its scenarios call
@boundaries/elements and @boundaries/config: the files of the quick-start
example of the docs and the cases of the browser build check of each
package. They run in Node.js and, bundled by esbuild for browsers without
aliases or polyfills, in Chromium, Firefox and WebKit with
@playwright/test. Every browser has to return the Node.js result.

The test-browsers job of the build workflow installs the browsers, runs
check:all of the project and is required by all-checks. The build job
leaves the project out because it has no browsers.

Move the Playwright version, cache and install steps to the
install-browsers composite action, used by the test-browsers job and by
the publish jobs, whose `pnpm check:all` runs browser-e2e.

The test checks the page errors right after loading, so a package that
throws while loading shows its error, and checks that each scenario
returns only JSON values. The bundle check reads the browser build of
each package from its export map.
