contracts: SpreadBuilder presets straddle, strangle, butterfly, iron_condor (#1126)

straddle/strangle take positional call/put ids (both legs bought; strangle
delegates to straddle). butterfly and iron_condor take ButterflyLegs /
IronCondorLegs with named fields, so swapped ids can't silently build a
different strategy (why the positional iron_condor was removed in 5.0, #934).
Both structs exported from contracts and the prelude.

Closes #1123
