fix(deps): update entities to 9.0.0, which escapes < and > in attribute values (#1903)

`escapeAttribute` in entities 9.0.0 escapes `<` and `>` (fb55/entities#2398), as the HTML Standard's "escaping a string" in attribute mode requires, so the serializer and `RewritingStream#emitStartTag` now write `<` and `>` in attribute values. One serialization fixture changes accordingly, and a rewriter test covers a value with both brackets; both fail with entities 8.1.0.

entities 9 also renames the streaming decoder: `new EntityDecoder(htmlDecodeTree, …)` becomes `new HtmlEntityDecoder(…)` with the same callbacks, and the tokenizer follows.
