* fix(operator): raise golang.org/x/net to v0.61.0 for GO-2026-6612

The released operator image reports five golang.org/x/net advisories
(GO-2026-6603, -6610, -6611, -6617 High; GO-2026-6612 Critical), all fixed
in v0.60.0. x/net is an indirect requirement: k8s.io/client-go/rest imports
x/net/http2, and no dependency yet requires a fixed version (client-go
v0.37.1, already the latest, asks for v0.57.0), so nothing would move it.

Raise the floor directly and say why in go.mod, so the comment can be
dropped once a dependency catches up. This also lifts x/sys, x/term and
x/text one minor each, as x/net v0.61.0 requires. The notices are
unchanged; they record no versions.

* chore(renovate): update indirect Go dependencies

Renovate's gomod manager skips // indirect requirements unless a rule
enables them, so a vulnerable transitive module only moved when a direct
dependency dragged it forward. The agent shipped golang.org/x/text v0.38.0
(GO-2026-5970) that way while the operator was already on v0.41.0.

Enable indirect updates in one group, since the operator alone has ~90
indirect requirements. The existing kubernetes and golang-x groups are
declared later and still claim their own packages.
