Give every connection of a session its own shell

The shell page always ran on the default connection of the session and
never said so. A dark header above the terminal now names the connection
of the shell and a dropdown switches to the shell of another connection,
the connections of the session first. The header uses the monochrome
connector icon in white.

The shells of other connections stay hidden while the page is open and
keep their scrollback, leaving the page closes them. The page reopens on
the picked connection until the session changes or the connection is
deleted.

The greeter and the prompt name the connection like the workbench does,
e.g. "Hyper #2 Http Shell" and "hyper#2> ". The connection menu of the
script picker is shared with the shell.
