feat(plugins): reuse compact ESC telemetry table in motor tests

Display live ESC telemetry below the motor test controls using the same
table component as the dedicated ESC telemetry plugin.

Extract EscTelemetryView into the main frontend package and retain a thin
plugin wrapper for factory registration.

Reduce ESC column width from 75 to 55 pixels. Start with no ESC columns
and reveal only detected reporters, including RPM-only telemetry. Preserve
actual ESC numbering and hide unused slots and gaps through ESC 32.

Keep detected columns visible with "-" for stale readings until the
connection changes or observations are cleared.

Forward motor view activation, suspension, resumption and deactivation
to the embedded table. Pause telemetry during controller restarts and
release polling timers and observers when the view is destroyed.
Prevent cancelled callbacks from restarting suspended polling.

Update architecture documentation and regression tests for sparse ESC
columns, connection resets, shared-table reuse and motor view lifecycle.

Validation:
- 153 relevant tests passed under Xvfb
- All pre-commit checks passed
- Pylint and scoped mypy checks passed
