* fix(grid): ensure single long filter chip shrinks to cell width with ellipsis

* fix(grid): keep the hidden filter indicator's width for the more-filters measurement

The filtering cell decides how many chips fit by measuring the hidden
"more filters" indicator and the connectors. With the indicator set to
display: none it measured 0px, and with overflow: hidden the connectors
collapsed to 0px, so chips that did not fit were kept and the connector
or the indicator ended up squeezed. Hide the indicator with visibility
like before the scoped styles, and let the connector keep its text width.

Address the review: the hidden "more filters" indicator is absolutely
positioned and invisible, so a lone chip gets the whole cell while
updateVisibleFilters() still reads its icon width (the badge stays
absolute in the hidden state so it is not measured). Scope the lone-chip
rule to the built-in filter chips, drop the duplicated chip padding from
the label min-width, trim the comments, and list the tree and
hierarchical grids in the changelog.
