feat: read any tags with elements(html, tagNames) (#23)

* feat: read any tags with elements(html, tagNames)

The parser state (namespaces, integration points, breakout, template and
noscript handling) now runs for a list of tag names. `elements` returns
their attributes with DOM semantics: string values, first value of a
repeated attribute wins. The default export is unchanged.

Lets simple-wappalyzer read meta and script tags with the same spec
handling instead of keeping its own htmlparser2 loop.

With { scripting: false }, noscript content is read as markup, as in a
browser with JavaScript off. simple-wappalyzer detects technologies from
meta tags inside noscript and keeps doing so.

* fix: collect html template tags and keep __proto__

The template depth was incremented before the tag was collected, so an
HTML template never showed up in its own result. Assignment also cannot
store an attribute or tag named __proto__.

* fix: match lowercase requests to SVG tag names

htmlparser2 emits linearGradient and foreignObject inside SVG, so a
lowercase tag list missed them. Namespace checks still use the original
spelling.
