fix(node): keep the user's PATH order when it already finds rman's node

The running interpreter's directory went ahead of the inherited PATH on
every child process, and it is where npm install -g writes - so a global
pnpm 9.9.0 shadowed the shell's 12.10.1, deps -u skipped verification and
read no minimumReleaseAge, and a nested rman reached the global one. It
now goes ahead only when the inherited PATH would find a different node.
