la_vector, marisa-trie, tx-trie and path-decomposed tries in the benches

- bench/learned.cpp measures, where found, la_vector with corrections of
  7 bits and la_vector_opt (LAVECTOR=<dir>), included before the
  PGM-index, whose macro omp_get_max_threads() breaks it
- bench/stringdicts.cpp measures marisa-trie (MARISA=<prefix>), the
  tx-trie (TX=<prefix>, its macros of one letter dropped after it) and
  the lexicographic path-decomposed trie of Grossi and Ottaviano
  (PDT=<dir>, no search by prefix); a prefix count is optional
- LAVector: segments of 28 bytes, the first item read from the base and
  the first correction; tuned() tries wider corrections, up to six bits
  above the average gap or half the bits of the items; the shortest path
  of la_vector_opt, tried, came within a few hundredths of tuned() and
  is not kept
