fix: reject a sponsor digest that doesn't match the signed transaction (#1747)

* fix: reject a sponsor digest that doesn't match the signed transaction

`execute_with_gas_sponsor` now compares the digest returned by the sponsor
with the digest of the signed transaction and returns
`SponsorDigestMismatch` when they differ.

Closes #1716
