Suppress noisy build warnings and stop generating vite.config.js

- Silence 995 MODULE_LEVEL_DIRECTIVE warnings from Rollup by adding a
  rollupOptions.onwarn handler in vite.config.ts. These warnings come from
  "use client" directives in dependencies and are harmless for a
  single-page application.
- Raise chunkSizeWarningLimit to 1000 kB to remove the default 500 kB
  chunk size warning.
- Remove tsconfig.node.json and its project reference from tsconfig.json.
  Vite handles TypeScript configs natively, so compiling vite.config.ts
  to JavaScript was unnecessary. Include vite.config.ts in the main
  tsconfig.json for type-checking without emitting output.
