fix(goreleaser): replace deprecated Homebrew postflight with install_steps

Homebrew deprecated the postflight Ruby stanza in favor of the
postflight_steps declarative DSL. GoReleaser v2.19+ supports the new
install_steps key which emits postflight_steps instead.

Syntax changes in .goreleaser.yml:
- hooks.post.install → hooks.post.install_steps
- if OS.mac? → on_macos do ... end
- system_command → run
- #{staged_path} → {{ .StagedPath }} (GoReleaser template field)
