Improve `INTERFACE_BOUNDARIES` mesh capability (#186)

* increase smoother iterations for BoneAndMarrow

* first draft of improved interface boundary node placement and cleanup

* update BoneAndMarrow test values

* adjust how material IDs are assigned to handle concave elements. Also, adjust numbering of the material ID output to the mesh file and sem plot file

* update gallery with the five interior domains from Garrett

* adjust comments

* adjust KT3 element file

* handle sharp corners better on interface meshes

* restructure loop nest

* Do not reduce the valence of nodes on boundary or interface curves

CleanUp7ValenceNode_InMesh replaces a node shared by 7 elements in three
of those elements with a new node halfway along a diagonal. When the node
lies on an interface curve, the new node is not on the curve, so the
interface no longer follows the curve and elements next to it fold. In
magnetic3e.control (121 circular interfaces) this gave 18 inverted
elements in pairs around the magnets.

Skip such nodes, as DeleteElementIfDiamond already does for diamonds.
The benchmark meshes are unchanged.
