project: add Codex as an alternative agent

--agent codex mounts the host codex from PATH read-only and runs it in
a sbclaude:codex (or sbclaude-gentoo:codex) image built from the shared
base. ~/.codex, or the host CODEX_HOME, is created on the host and
mounted read-write at ~/.codex. The codex-code-mode-host helper is
mounted read-only beside codex when PATH has it.

codex accepts its root options before every subcommand, and exec,
review, resume, and fork apply them. The entrypoint therefore passes
--dangerously-bypass-approvals-and-sandbox first, unless
SBCLAUDE_SKIP_PERMISSIONS=0, and always turns off the update check
because the mounted binary is read-only.

The man page is regenerated, which also picks up the --profile option
and the --desktop help text from earlier changes.
