fix(solid): read Repeat's element children once per row (#4298)

Repeat checked `typeof props.children === "function"` and then read
`props.children` again for the value. An element child compiles to a JSX
getter, so each row built its nodes twice and ran their refs twice. Read
children once per row through a default parameter, on client and server.

Fixes #4296
