feat: consolidate pointclouds, scene, and geometry loaders (#4327)

Move LAS/PCD/PLY into pointclouds, OBJ/glTF into scene, and WKT/WKB/TWKB loaders into geospatial. Remove the six standalone packages, preserve format behavior and coverage gates, and align consumers, workers, tests, and documentation.

Add a Packages overview introducing all public packages and their format and utility subpaths.
