Add --additional-vfio-aliases option to vfio-manage bind

Allow users to map NVIDIA PCI device IDs to VFIO module names via a new
--additional-vfio-aliases flag (env ADDITIONAL_VFIO_ALIASES) on
`vfio-manage bind`. The value is a comma-separated list of
<device-id>=<module> entries, e.g. 0x2331=nvgrace_gpu_vfio_pci. Aliases
specified via this new option take precedence over aliases present
in the systems modules.alias file.
