fix: read and write ENS address records on the name's current resolver

Resolve the address record through the name's current resolver, found by the
ENS Universal Resolver (with CCIP-Read for extended resolvers), instead of the
hardcoded legacy Public Resolver. setContenthash and setAddr now target the
resolver the ENS registry has for the name, falling back to the configured
resolver when none is set. Ports decentraland/decentraland-dapps#833.
