Support in end2end tests for using password_command in zhmc vault file

Details:

* Added a new hmc_auth() function to tests/end2end/utils.py that returns
  the hmc_auth parameter needed for calling the ibm_zhmc Ansible modules
  in end2end tests. This gets the resolved password from the session,
  regardless of whether the vault file specifies password or
  password_command.

* Adjusted all end2end tests to use the new hmc_auth() function.
